1. Notify your return
– Download the return form at the bottom of the page.
– Fill out the return form and sent it via email to support@fuelingyou.nl

2. Package the product
– Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected from any damage during return shipping.
– Do not write on the original packaging of the product.
– Use an outer box to prevent damage to the original packaging of the product.
– Avoid using excessive tape on the original packaging, as it may cause damage when removed in our warehouse.
– If there is writing on the original packaging, if it is damaged, or if the packaging has been damaged, we are unfortunately required to order new packaging and repackage the products. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
– Include a copy of the completed return form inside the box.

3. Ship the product back
– You can create a return label with any transport company of your choice. The costs for returning the item are your responsibility.
– Send the package to the address indicated on the return page or the return form.
– Keep the track & trace code of your order. Note: When creating a shipping label, please remember to include our email address support@fuelingyou.nl as the recipient of the package. This way, we will automatically receive the Track and Trace code of your order.
